Welcome to Show3D! Before registering, logging in, or using any services provided by Show3D, please carefully read these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any terms, please refrain from using Show3D.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Show3D" refers to the 3D design and display platform operated by Show3D Technology Limited ("Company"), including its website, software, and related services.

1.2 "User" refers to individuals or organizations who register, log in, or use Show3D.

1.3 "Community" refers to forums, comment sections, and other interactive areas within Show3D.

1.4 "Subscription Services" refer to additional features or premium services accessible via paid subscriptions.

1.5 "Third-Party Services" refers to external services or content accessed via Show3D.

2. User Registration and Account Management

2.1 Users must comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant laws, ensuring that registration information is truthful and legal.

2.2 Users must keep their account details secure and must not rent, transfer, sell, or authorize others to use their accounts.

2.3 Users must not use false information to create multiple accounts or abuse the platform's services.

2.4 If security risks are detected, users must notify Show3D immediately.

3. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

3.1 Users must comply with UK laws when posting content on Show3D's Community. Prohibited content includes illegal, obscene, violent, terror-related, false, or infringing information.

3.2 Users must not engage in malicious attacks, spamming, fraud, or any activity that harms others' rights.

3.3 Show3D reserves the right to remove, block, or take other necessary actions against content violating these Terms.

3.4 Users violating community guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Services

4.1 Users may subscribe to premium Show3D features or purchase credit packs. Pricing is subject to the rates published on the official website.

4.2 Subscription Refunds: Within 7 days of purchase, if a user is not satisfied with the subscription and usage time does not exceed 24 hours, a full refund may be requested. After 7 days or if usage exceeds 24 hours, no refund will be provided. For monthly or annual subscriptions, once activated, no refund will be provided unless required by law.

4.3 Credit Refunds: Within 7 days of purchase, if no credits from the pack have been consumed (zero usage), a full refund may be requested. Once any credits have been used (partially or fully), no refund will be provided.

4.4 Show3D reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, credit pricing, and services, with prior notice to users.

4.5 Users must ensure their payment methods remain valid; Show3D is not responsible for subscription interruptions due to failed payments.

4.6 During the subscription period, users receive free product updates and upgrades, as well as technical consultation and support services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Show3D platform, including but not limited to software, logos, text, images, videos, and 3D models, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Users must not use, copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize Show3D's content without authorization.

5.3 Content uploaded by users to Show3D grants Show3D a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use such content for platform promotion and operations.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Show3D provides a technology platform and is not liable for content published by users.

6.2 Show3D is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, technical failures, or other uncontrollable factors, but will make reasonable efforts to restore services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales.
